One platform.A whole ecosystemworking together.
Expert Grant Ecosystem operates a multi-sided marketplace that connects grant-seeking businesses with the independent professionals who help them pursue funding. The platform provides the infrastructure; independent professionals deliver the services; funding flows directly from external sources to the businesses they serve.

Each color in our mark stands for one of the four audiences the platform brings together. The platform sits at the center, connecting every side so businesses get a team, professionals stay independent, funding reaches further, and partners expand impact.
A marketplace, with the platform as merchant of record
Independent professionals deliver the work
Strategists, Referral Agents, and Instructors are independent professionals who deliver their services to clients under their own agreements, each with a Stripe Connect Express account. They set their own pricing and exercise their own professional judgment.
The platform processes the payments
Expert Grant Ecosystem serves as the merchant of record. It receives client payments, distributes platform-allocated revenue to the relevant professional, and absorbs payment risk such as chargebacks and disputes, as a contracted infrastructure value-add.
Infrastructure that makes engagements reliable
Tools & workflows
- CRM and project-tracking infrastructure with persistent engagement records.
- AI-companion tools: the Strategy Companion AI, the CPA Companion AI, the AI Enhanced Client Strategy Workbook, and the Restricted Industries Eligibility Reviewer.
- Communications infrastructure: professional phone, email, and compliant messaging.
Matching, certification & quality
- Matching and attribution: the Lead Lock Registry, the Strategist Lock framework, and automated lead routing.
- Certification for Strategists (the Certified Grant Strategy Consultant credential) and Instructors before delivery.
- A 22-tier quality framework, with active professional liability insurance required at higher tiers.
Payment infrastructure
- Stripe Connect Express onboarding and ongoing management for each professional.
- Dispute infrastructure, including the Universal Rolling Reserve Protocol.
- 1099 reporting for connected accounts and cross-jurisdiction settlement architecture.
Compliance & risk
- Compliance automation, including Restricted Industries Policy enforcement that screens out ineligible industries before an engagement begins.
- The Solvency Engine and Audit Defense storage for long-term financial-health monitoring and record retention.
The platform supplies the infrastructure. The professional supplies the expertise.
Expert Grant Ecosystem does not deliver grant strategy, training, or any other professional service in its own name, and it does not compete with the independent professionals operating on it. Strategists deliver grant strategy, Instructors deliver training, Referral Agents introduce prospective clients, and EDIP Participants make institutional-channel introductions.
Each professional keeps independent contractor status, sets their own pricing, exercises their own judgment, and operates under their own business identity.
Every role has a defined agreement
| Role | Operative agreement | Counterparty |

| Client and strategist engagement | Service Engagement Agreement (SEA) | Strategist (direct) |
| Strategist platform participation | Platform Services Agreement (PSA) | Expert Grant Ecosystem |

| Instructor participation | Instructor Services Agreement (ISA) | Expert Grant Ecosystem |
| EDIP participation | EDIP Participation Agreement | Expert Grant Ecosystem |
Each agreement is provided to the relevant party at engagement and is not published in full on the public website. The Legal hub hosts the unified Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum and the Terms of Use.
What the platform does not do
- Prepare grant applications, deliver training, or perform any professional service in its own name. Those services are delivered by independent professionals under their own agreements with clients.
- Broker grants, sell access to grant opportunities, or act as an intermediary between grantors and recipients.
- Disburse grant funds, hold grant funds in escrow, or act on behalf of any grantor.
- Guarantee grant outcomes or promise that any specific application will be funded.
Grant funding, when awarded, flows directly from the grantor to the grant recipient.
