Counterparty relationships (as a Client, Strategist, Referral Agent, Instructor, or EDIP Participant) are governed by separate operative agreements executed at engagement (the Client Platform Agreement, Platform Services Agreement, Referral Alliance Agreement, Instructor Services Agreement, and EDIP Participation Agreement, respectively). Data practices are governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum published at expertgrants.com/legal/privacy-policy-and-data-processing-addendum. If a counterparty's operative agreement conflicts with these Terms of Use, the operative agreement controls. Inquiries about the Owners Unscripted™ media brand are handled separately at ownersunscripted.com and are governed by that surface's own terms. Separately, §17 (Mobile Messaging (SMS) Program) sets out the terms of Expert Grant Ecosystem's text-message program; those terms apply to any individual who affirmatively opts in to receive text messages, whether or not they otherwise use this website.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, Assignment, Entire Agreement, and any other provisions limiting Expert Grant Ecosystem's liability) survive termination of your access.
Expert Grant Ecosystem may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Expert Grant Ecosystem may assign or transfer these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law, without your consent. You may not assign these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without Expert Grant Ecosystem's prior written consent; any attempted assignment without consent is void.
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Expert Grant Ecosystem regarding your use of the website and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications regarding the same subject matter. Counterparty operative agreements supplement these Terms for executing counterparties; in the event of conflict between a counterparty's operative agreement and these Terms of Use, the operative agreement controls for that counterparty.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, with state court venue in Uinta County, Wyoming (consistent with Expert Grant Ecosystem's principal place of business and the dispute-resolution architecture in the Client Platform Agreement Article 14), and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This Section 14 governs disputes related to website use; counterparty operative agreements may specify different dispute-resolution provisions for engagement-related disputes (including the binding arbitration architecture for Client Platform Agreement engagements under CPA §14.1.4).
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

This Section 17 governs Expert Grant Ecosystem's text-message (SMS) program. It applies to any individual who affirmatively opts in to receive text messages from Expert Grant Ecosystem, and it applies in addition to the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. For individuals who are also platform counterparties, the communication terms of an executed operative agreement control over this Section 17 in the event of any conflict.
17.1 Program description. The Expert Grant Ecosystem messaging program sends account, scheduling, service, and related informational text messages, and may send occasional service-related announcements, to individuals who have provided their mobile number and consent. Messages relate to a recipient's existing or prospective relationship with Expert Grant Ecosystem or with an independent professional operating on the platform. Where a recipient works with an independent Certified Grant Strategy Consultant or other independent professional, messages may be sent through a business number that Expert Grant Ecosystem provisions as platform infrastructure on that independent professional's behalf; the independent professional remains Independently Owned and Operated.
17.2 Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking a consent box on an Expert Grant Ecosystem intake or onboarding form), you consent to receive text messages from Expert Grant Ecosystem at that number, including messages delivered by automated means. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide and that you are authorized to opt in.
17.3 Message frequency. This is a recurring messaging program. Message frequency varies based on your activity and engagement with Expert Grant Ecosystem and the platform.
17.4 Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your wireless carrier. Expert Grant Ecosystem does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier's standard message and data charges may apply.
17.5 Opt-out (STOP). You may opt out of the messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, Expert Grant Ecosystem will send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further program messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply START to re-subscribe.
17.6 Help (HELP). For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact Expert Grant Ecosystem at contact@expertgrants.com or (385) 334-6706. The HELP response provides program support contact information.
17.7 Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by Expert Grant Ecosystem.
17.8 Supported carriers. The program is generally compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, but carrier participation may change and is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
17.9 Privacy. Information collected in connection with the messaging program, including your mobile number and message content, is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum at expertgrants.com/legal/privacy-policy-and-data-processing-addendum. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes; text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with any third parties except as necessary to deliver the messaging service.
17.10 Changes. Expert Grant Ecosystem may modify or discontinue the messaging program, or these messaging terms, at any time consistent with the Modifications section above and applicable law.
