You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to access or use this website. The website is intended for business and prospective business audiences; it is not directed to children. Personal information collected from website visitors is handled per the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum, including the children's-data provisions at Part I §10.

3. Relationship to other agreements

These Terms of Use govern your use of this website. They do not establish a counterparty relationship with the platform. Counterparty relationships (as a Client, Strategist, Referral Agent, Instructor, or EDIP Participant) are governed by separate operative agreements executed at engagement (the Client Platform Agreement, Platform Services Agreement, Referral Alliance Agreement, Instructor Services Agreement, and EDIP Participation Agreement, respectively). Data practices are governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum published at expertgrants.com/legal/privacy-policy-and-data-processing-addendum. If a counterparty's operative agreement conflicts with these Terms of Use, the operative agreement controls. Inquiries about the Owners Unscripted™ media brand are handled separately at ownersunscripted.com and are governed by that surface's own terms.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, marks (including the Expert Grant Ecosystem mark), and software, is the property of Expert Grant Ecosystem LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of website content without express written permission, except as permitted by fair use or applicable law.

5. Informational content; no advice; no relationship

Information on this website is general and informational. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, grant-application, or any other professional advice, and it does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, advisor-client, or any other professional relationship between you and Expert Grant Ecosystem LLC or any independent professional operating on the platform. Professional services are governed by the operative agreements executed at engagement.

6. No outcome guarantees

Expert Grant Ecosystem makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding whether any prospective Client will receive grant funding, sponsorship support, or any specific financial outcome as a result of using the platform or engaging with any independent professional operating on the platform. Grant funding decisions are made by external grant administrators, government agencies, and institutional funders based on their own criteria.

7. Website-use conduct

You agree not to: use the website for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or any platform system; introduce malicious code; scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the website by automated means without permission; impersonate any person; or interfere with the website's operation.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or content. Expert Grant Ecosystem does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party websites or content, and your use of any third-party website is governed by that website's own terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expert Grant Ecosystem disclaims all warranties (express, implied, or statutory) regarding the website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and freedom from defect or error. Expert Grant Ecosystem does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expert Grant Ecosystem LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this website. Total liability arising from website use is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory and even if Expert Grant Ecosystem has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Counterparty operative agreements contain their own liability provisions; this Section 9 limits liability for website use only.

10. Termination and suspension

Expert Grant Ecosystem may suspend or terminate your access to this website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason consistent with these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, Assignment, Entire Agreement, and any other provisions limiting Expert Grant Ecosystem's liability) survive termination of your access.

11. Modifications

Expert Grant Ecosystem may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Assignment

Expert Grant Ecosystem may assign or transfer these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law, without your consent. You may not assign these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without Expert Grant Ecosystem's prior written consent; any attempted assignment without consent is void.

13. Entire agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Expert Grant Ecosystem regarding your use of the website and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications regarding the same subject matter. Counterparty operative agreements supplement these Terms for executing counterparties; in the event of conflict between a counterparty's operative agreement and these Terms of Use, the operative agreement controls for that counterparty.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, with state court venue in Uinta County, Wyoming (consistent with Expert Grant Ecosystem's principal place of business and the dispute-resolution architecture in the Client Platform Agreement Article 14), and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This Section 14 governs disputes related to website use; counterparty operative agreements may specify different dispute-resolution provisions for engagement-related disputes (including the binding arbitration architecture for Client Platform Agreement engagements under CPA §14.1.4).

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
