Mission Allies and Funders: what's the difference?
The same organization may appear in both audiences at different stakeholder tiers. Institutional leadership at a grant-administering organization is our contact at the Mission Allies tier; the program-administering staff at the same organization is the Funders tier. The two relationships are coordinated but distinct in scope, purpose, and engagement pattern.
