On the platform
- Submit referrals through the Referral Portal, the platform's intake surface for new prospect introductions.
- Receive commission on closed referrals through the Lead Lock Registry and the Friday Settlement Batch.
- Participate in the Alliance Introduction Bonus program for additional commission on qualifying introductions of new Referral Agents.
- A passive role: no access to client CRM data, with engagement delivery owned by the assigned strategist.
Commissions paid through the platform
Commission on closed referrals
Referral commissions are calculated using your Division's Referral Pool rate and paid through the platform via Stripe Connect in your Division's settlement currency. The platform provides the commission structure; what you make depends entirely on your own referral activity.
Alliance Introduction Bonus
The Alliance Introduction Bonus program provides additional commission on qualifying introductions of new Referral Agents. The Certification Program and the Agreement cover the structure.
No fees to participate
No platform, subscription, or administrative fee is charged to Referral Agents. Only the Stripe Connect transfer fee applies on outbound payouts.
Referral Agents operate under the Referral Alliance Agreement (RAA). The full set of operative agreements across all platform roles is enumerated on the How It Works page.
