Referral Alliance
For Referral Agents
Who Referral Agents are
Referral Agents are independent professionals who introduce prospective Clients and other counterparties to the platform's ecosystem. Referral Agents do not deliver engagement work; they connect grant-seeking businesses with the certified Strategists best positioned to help them and earn referral compensation when those connections become engagements.
What Referral Agents do
Through the platform, Referral Agents:
- Submit referrals through the Referral Portal, the platform's intake surface for new prospect introductions.
- Earn commission on closed referrals through the platform's Lead Lock Registry and Friday Settlement Batch architecture.
- Participate in the Alliance Introduction Bonus (AIB) program for additional commission opportunities on qualifying introductions.
- Do not access Client CRM data per RAA §16.3; the role is refer-and-earn, with engagement delivery owned by the assigned Strategist.
How Referral Agents are compensated
Referral Agents establish and maintain Stripe Connect Express accounts connected to the applicable Division's Stripe platform account per RAA §6.8. Referral commissions and Alliance Introduction Bonus payments are calculated using the transacting Division's Referral Pool rate and Reference Ledger Values, and are paid from that Division's Stripe platform account in the Division's settlement currency.
No platform fee, subscription fee, or administrative fee is charged to Referral Agents per RAA §6.8.1. Only the Stripe Connect transfer fee applies on outbound disbursements.
Operative agreement
The Referral Alliance Agreement (RAA) is the operative framework governing Referral Agent participation. The full set of operative agreements across all platform roles is enumerated on the Platform Overview page.
