Counterparty-tier operative agreements (Client Platform Agreement, Platform Services Agreement, Referral Alliance Agreement, Instructor Services Agreement, EDIP Participation Agreement, and related instruments) are provided to each counterparty at engagement and are not published in full on the public website; the platform recognizes the confidentiality interest between Expert Grant Ecosystem and each executing counterparty.
