And it costs nothing to join. Instructors never pay to be part of the ecosystem; the platform earns only when you are engaged to deliver training.

- Receive Delivery Contracts from strategists through the platform's matching infrastructure.
- Deliver training engagements under the Instructor Services Agreement framework.
- Receive Service Delivery Records and Peer Marketplace Feedback after each engagement, supporting ongoing quality and reputation.
Paid through the platform, no overhead

Delivery fees are paid out through the platform via Stripe Connect under the Instructor Services Agreement, at the rates set in your Rate Card.
No participation charge
No participation, subscription, or administrative charge applies. Only the Stripe Connect transfer fee applies on outbound settlement.
You stay independent
You are an independent professional, not an EGE employee, and you exercise your own professional judgment in how you deliver training.
